Saeed N. Jaffer, M.D.

A native of Southern California, Dr. Jaffer completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biology, Literature, and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). After earning his doctor of medicine (M.D.) degree from the Harvard University School of Medicine, Dr. Jaffer remained in Boston, where he completed his dermatology residency at Boston University and Tufts University Hospitals.

Upon returning to Southern California, Dr. Jaffer became an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine where he enjoys teaching dermatology residents and medical students. He established and leads Boston Dermatology as one of the leading dermatology facilities in the greater Los Angeles area.  Dr. Jaffer recommends sun-protective clothing to his patients, particularly for children who are active outdoors for long periods of time, especially when in the water.

Varune Tuli, M.D.

Dr. Varuna Tuli received her MD from K.G. Medical College, University of Lucknow, India and received her post-graduate training at Children’s Hospital at KGMC in India, Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and St. Christopher’s Hospital in Pennsylvania.   Dr. Tuli currently works at Franciscan Hospital for Children.

Dr. Tuli is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.  “I recommend to all my patients, clothing is the best reliable source of sun protection”.
